  • Fluorinated Peptides: Synthesis and biological evaluation of several trifluoromethylated GPE analogs (ANR JCJC 2009, CF3-GPE, PI: G. Chaume). Introduction of trifluoromethylated amino acids in peptides: impact on hydrophobicity and proteolytic resistance. Trifluoromethylated peptides as NMR Probes (ANR CH2-Probe, ANR F-LAIR).
  • Enantiopure Fluorinated Synthons: Synthesis of trifluoromethylated enantiopur Amino Alcohols, Amino Acids and Diamines: application to the synthesis of trifluoromethylated polyureas Foldamers.
  • Assymetric Synthesis: Use of Fox (fluorinated oxazolidine) Chiral Auxiliary in diastereoselective transformation of amide enolates (alkylation, oxydation, fluoration)
