The Ingénierie de projets department is at your disposal to structure any kind of project (response to a call for projects, research collaboration or service provision, etc.).

We will support you through all the key stages:

  • identifying objectives
  • matching a call for projects
  • defining full project costs
  • writting help with non-scientific parts (impact, ethics, governance, implementation, etc.)
  • creating the GANTT chart
  • backward planning
