For all purchasing of supplies or services, and all work unrelated to research activities, CY Cergy Paris Université is subject to adherence to the Public Procurement Code.

What types of contract does CY Cergy Paris Université offer?
Contracts with purchase orders, with the opportunity for renewal after one year, up to a maximum of 4 years.
These contracts enable recurring needs to be met, where the quantities or frequency cannot be determined precisely in advance (supplies for buildings, road works, building works, services for cleaning premises, etc.).
Contracts which meet specific needs (road works or building works projects, acquisition of a specific material, etc.). These contracts are agreed for a suitable period, in accordance with the works or services.
How can I find out about contracts offered by the university?
For tender procedures and customised procedures, check the public procurement website.
How can I access the contract files?
- By collecting them from the purchasing/public procurement department, or by requesting them by post or fax.
- By downloading the files from the CY Cergy Paris University purchaser profile on the public procurement website.
