CY Cergy Paris University spearheads the CY Alliance, marking its role in excellence in education and higher-level research, reorganising academic potential through:

• the undergraduate school CY Sup,
• the graduate school CY Tech: a graduate school for sciences, engineering, economics and management, science and technology,
• the graduate school CY Arts and Humanities,
• the graduate school CY Education,
• the graduate school CY Law and Political Science,
• the partner graduate school for management, run by ESSEC Business School.

EBI is a school for biology and biotechnology engineers (CTI and CGE), located in Cergy Saint-Christophe. For more than 30 years, EBI has been training engineers in “biology, biotech and bio-industries” (bac+5 [5 years of higher education]) and biotechnology assistant engineers (bac+3 [3 years of higher education]), in order to meet the needs of bio-industries (pharmaceutics, cosmetics, agri-food and the environment), all job growth sectors. 
The programmes are student-centred and can be customised for entrepreneurship, international, community focus, artistic dimension and professionalisation. With a strong scientific and technical foundation, a project-by-project pedagogy and a network of more than 3,500 alumni, students develop the 4 specific EBI skills: 

• engineering,
• biology,
• industry,
• and digital technology. 

Students can go on to work in a variety of professions connected with living things (research, formulation, production, quality and marketing).

ECAM-EPMI was founded in 1992 as an initiative launched by 4 major industrial groups: EDF, Schneider, Philips and PSA. ECAM-EPMI is recognised by the State, holds the EESPIG label, and is a member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles. Since 1996, ECAM-EPMI has been authorised by the Commission des Titres d'Ingénieur (CTI) to deliver degrees in engineering, building a pedagogy through direct links to the corporate world. ECAM-EPMI is renowned for training “all-purpose” engineers in line with the realities of the industrial world. Year after year, it demonstrates that its courses are perfectly suited to the needs of the market, guaranteeing an exceptional employability rate for their students.

A public higher education institution for the arts, under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture, the Paris-Cergy Graduate School of Arts (ENSAPC) trains artists and creators with an international profile. Boasting fully integrated interdisciplinarity and a level of independence that allows students to direct their own educational path, the teaching covers a wide range of disciplines spanning visual arts, writing, live performance, sound, cinema and theory, in collaboration with both French and international partners. In order to encourage a critical approach to contemporary issues, the school seeks to be agile, reactive, critical, and alive to new fields of knowledge that enable new areas to be explored. ENSAPC provides a three-year course and a five-year course (BA and MA). Their work is enriched through research processes and supported by artistic practices.

ENSA Versailles is educating the next generation of architects in the major issues of today: the ecological transition of inhabited environments, the digital revolution and the relationship between living things and architecture. ENSA Versailles places project culture at the heart of its teaching, as a model to be explored, shared and developed. As a public institution for administrative purposes, ENSA Versailles operates under the joint supervision of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. It is part of a network of twenty-one French National Schools of Architecture.

For more than 70 years, ENSEA has been training top electrical engineers who are recognised by industrial, economic and international stakeholders. Innovation, agility and major technological and societal challenges are at the heart of the school’s pedagogical approach. Since 2024, it has been a strategic partner of Institut Mines Télécom: the top public group for engineering and management graduate schools. Classed as one of the top engineering schools, ENSEA offers third-level bac +6 [6 years of higher education] degrees: engineering degrees (study or apprenticeship), HumanIT Bachelor’s degrees, Mastères Spécialisés® [Specialist Master's degrees] and research Master’s degrees. Created 50 years ago, the National School of Landscape is the top French school for training landscapers, designers and garden designers. It is located in the heart of Potager du Roi in Versailles, where it continues the long-standing work of passing down gardening knowledge which began with Louis XIV. The school also has a campus in Marseille, established in 2023, at the Mediterranean Institute of Towns and Territories. The school offers the State-recognised degree for landscapers and, since 2025, Master Gardener training at the National School of Gardening. The two schools combine art and technology to train capable professionals who can work on everything from gardens to large areas, teaching them to value the soil, living things, resources, natural and cultural heritage and, more broadly, quality of life within any area.

ESIEE-IT is a school for engineers and digital technology experts, offering third-level bac+5 [5 years of higher education] courses in the researched fields of robotics, home automation and coding. Based on apprenticeships, its courses are designed to meet the needs of companies, as well as any developments in the employment market, by emphasising the positive impact of digital technologies on society. Students are immersed in the professional world throughout their course, allowing them to acquire technical and managerial capabilities, as well as invaluable soft skills. Students are also taught about critical mindset, creativity and collaborative work. ESIEE-IT is part of the CCI Paris Île-de-France network of schools. The ESIEE-IT Coding Factory trains tomorrow’s web developers in 3 to 5 years, through agile pedagogy and specialisations in Lead Dev and video games.

Founded in Paris in 1907, ESSEC Business School is an academic institution of excellence, driven by a pioneering mindset, and rooted in strong values: humanism, responsibility, innovation and discovery. A major player in management on an international level, ESSEC holds the “triple crown”, having obtained EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA accreditations. The school is present in France, Asia (with its campus in Singapore) and Africa (with its campus in Rabat). Founded in 1948 by the Federation of Mechanics Industries and the Ministry of Defence (creation of a vocational Polytechnic Mechanics School), ISAE-Supméca (Institute of Mechanics of Paris) is a public school for engineers located in Saint-Ouen (93). The school’s centres of excellence are mechanics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, and digital technology for the development of complex products. The main industrial sectors concerned are the aeronautical, railway, automotive, space, transportation, energy, luxury and health sectors. ISAE-Supméca is a member of the ISAE group (Institute of Aeronautics and Space), alongside ISAE-SUPAERO and ISAE-ENSMA.
 

Founded by Jean-Jacques Guerlain, renowned perfumer, more than 50 years ago, ISIPCA is a leader in the perfume, cosmetics and flavouring sector. It aims to pass on uniquely French know-how to both French and international students and professionals from the sector, in the scientific, technical, marketing and commercial fields. Since its creation in Versailles in the 1970s, ISIPCA has trained almost 6,000 graduates, currently employed in 45 countries and recognised for their commitment, expertise and creativity.

For more than 30 years, across 5 campuses in Île-de-France, and through its 100% digital campus, SUP de V has been providing a range of degree courses, from bac+2 [2 years of higher education] to bac+5 [5 years of higher education], including initial training and work-study programmes, which specifically address essential corporate functions: sales, figures, management, human resources and quality, safety, environment. With its network of 3,200 partner companies, and several programmes available internationally, the school provides its students with a wide variety of professional opportunities. Since 2024, the CY Cergy Paris Université institute of economy and management and SUP de V have been jointly working with students in the first year of the licence [French 3-year Bachelor’s degree] in Economy and Management, enabling them to succeed through Passerelle. This allows them to reposition themselves through direct entry into the second year of the Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales and management offered by SUP de V.

As a leading public planning company, Cerema supports the State, organisations and companies in adapting regions and local authorities in response to the climate challenge. It brings together the ministries responsible for land-use planning and ecological transition.

INP is a higher education institution from the Ministry of Culture, established by Decree no. 90-406 of 16 May 1990. Its mission is the recruitment by competitive examination and the initial training of State cultural heritage conservators from the territorial civil service and the City of Paris, and the selection, also by competition, and training of heritage restorers authorised to work on public collections. Providing training for these two closely complementary professions in the same establishment is quite unique in Europe.

The Learning Planet Institute explores, tests and shares new ways of learning and cooperating in order to meet the needs of young people and the planet. Through its research and development, education, international cooperation, organisational and digital ecosystem transformation work, the Institute creates research and training programmes which are based on interdisciplinarity, diversity and initiative.
