International Welcome Desk 2025

The International Welcome Desk centralises all welcome procedures and information, helping to make international students feel more at home, simplify administrative processes, and support their arrival and access to campus opportunities. It brings together the key local stakeholders and institutions involved in supporting and settling in international students who are pursuing their studies and research in France.

A unique venue designed especially for international students

International students are welcomed by appointment for one-to-one consultations covering all necessary procedures. The services provided include assistance with opening a bank account, finding accommodation, obtaining information on healthcare and the CY Cergy Paris University Language Centre, and more.

A multilingual team offers free support to international students, providing guidance and information on topics such as renewing residence permits, health insurance, housing allowances, taxes, campus life, local services, student jobs and cultural outings.

Supported by ‘Welcome to France’

With the support of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research through the ‘Bienvenue en France’ programme, the one-stop shop is part of the drive to establish a long-term support system as part of the development of the Cergy International Campus. This collaboration between academic stakeholders, local authorities and government departments contributes to the development of the international profile and promotion of French higher education.
